  Hi. I haven’t been gluten free for very long, but am certainly feeling the benefits! What I find is a great temptation to indulge in pastries from time to time, and inevitably regret it later. Is there any way to make a good gluten free pastry which can be rolled e.g. for pasties, etc? Or does anyone make a GF pastry mix or frozen pastry? It’s so good to be able to have contact with others who have similar problems. Beryl.
