Seeded Gluten Free Loaf - Knead Bakers

A soda bread style loaf (750g) which creates a good crust and moist texture. Contains linseed; pumpkin seed; sunflower, sesame and poppy seeds. The bread is not sliced - this helps to keep the bread fresher for longer. Please note: The bread is baked Sunday evening and dispatched by courier or Australia Post on Monday. Orders must be placed by 2pm (AEST) each Friday so that we can tell the baker how many loaves are required.

Ingredients

White rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, soy flour, vegetable oil and gum, water, salt, bicarbonate soda, linseed, pumpkin seed, sunflower, sesame and poppy seeds.
