Kakadu Plum & Sweet Chilli Sauce

Kakadu plums are found in the top end from Kakadu to the Kimberly. They are delightfully tangy and highly valued by Aboriginal people as a refreshing 'pick me up'. Use with chicken, pork, lamb and seafoods. Add to pan juices when cooking. Great through Asian noodles and is a wonderful dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Cane sugar, water, kakdu plums (6%), chilli, vinegar, ginger, salt, spices, modified maize starch (1422). Totally natural product. No GM ingredients, No colours, flavours or preservatives added. Contains no known allergens.
