How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat rate for orders to customers in Australia. This covers the cost of carefully packaging your order and sending via courier to your delivery address. To view the current delivery charges for your location, please view our delivery page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We normally will ship your order to you by the next business day from when you placed the order. All orders are despatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Delivery to Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Hobart and Brisbane usually takes 1-2 days. Delivery to regional areas in Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and South Australia should only take 2-3 days. Western Australia (including Perth), Northern Territory, and remote areas may take up to 5-7 days for delivery.
How soon will I receive my order?
Once we have received confirmation of your order and payment, your order will be packed within one business day and dispatched. The delivery time will vary according to where you live. Most metropolitan locations will be delivered within 2-3 days, and regional areas may take up to 5 working days. We will send you an email when your order is dispatched with an estimation of time to deliver.
We will send you an email when your order is despatched. If your order is sent by courier you will also be able to track your delivery via the Fastway Courier website. Just contact us to receive your track and trace label number.
What if I am not at home when my parcel arrives?
Fastway Couriers will not leave parcel unattended. You are required to sign for your parcel for proof of delivery. If you are not at home, Fastway will leave a card with their contact details. Please call them to make arrangements for redelivery.
If your order is sent via Australia Post, we normally use registered mail, so you will be required to sign for the parcel. If no-one is home, a note will be left advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
As we cannot provide you with an estimated time for delivery, it is best that you have your order sent to an address where someone is able to accept the delivery. This could be your work, or a friend or relative's house. Alternatively, we can arrange to authorise parcels to be left without signing. Please contact us if you wish to take this option.
How do I know that my credit card details are safe?
We use a secure SSL certificate to process your details. We do not keep your credit card details. Your transaction is processed by two reputable companies, eWay and St George Bank.
