Buckwheat Soda Gluten Free Bread - Knead Bakers

A gluten free loaf (750g) made from buckwheat flour. Free from eggs, gluten and yeast. The bread is not sliced - this helps to keep the bread fresher for longer. Please note: The bread is baked Sunday evening and dispatched by courier or Australia Post on Monday. Orders must be placed by 2pm (AEST) each Friday so that we can tell the baker how many loaves are required.

Ingredients

Buckwheat flour and kernels, brown and white rice flour, yoghurt, baking soda, vegetable oil and gum.
