We understand from personal experience (my wife has Coeliac Disease) that shopping can be very time consuming due to reading the labels on absolutely everything to make sure it is safe to eat. Even your favourite food can suddenly contain gluten due to a change in the manufacturing process.

While your local supermarket may have a good selection of gluten free food, our experience is that they often run out of some food, and there seems to be a trend to limiting the range of products on offer. We have a large range of gluten free food, including pre-prepared meals that are great for lunches. Our focus is on finding food that tastes great, that even people without Coeliac Disease will eat!
